Simplifi is a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP). We work with resellers, integrators, educational institutions and professionals who want to offer their customers the qualified electronic signature we issue. The programs below are open for applications.

The programs

Reseller / distributor

Companies selling IT, accounting or consulting services that want to include the qualified signature in their offer, under their own brand or co-branded.

What you get

  • Commission on paid plans activated through your link
  • Presentation materials and attribution kit
  • Level-2 technical support for your customers

What you commit to

  • You name Simplifi (SIMPLIWORKS SRL) as the certificate issuer
  • You do not promise features or prices different from those published on simplifi.ro
  • You follow the data-processing rules in the partnership agreement

API integrator

Developers and software companies connecting qualified signing to their own applications (HR, ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms) through the public Simplifi API.

What you get

  • Immediate API access, no fee and no approval process
  • Test environment (app.dev.simplifi.ro), OpenAPI docs, Postman, code samples
  • Listing as an integrator as the program grows

What you commit to

  • Signers sign with their own Simplifi account and certificate
  • You respect rate limits and the platform terms
API documentation

Educational institutions

Public or private schools, high schools and universities in Romania.

What you get

  • 5 free Enterprise accounts and unlimited sponsored invitations
  • Free qualified certificates for recipients (staff, adult students, parents)
  • Annual renewal, no automatic switch to a paid plan

What you commit to

  • Use for the institution's administrative and educational purposes
The Simplifi Education program

Accountants, consultants, lawyers

Professionals who file documents on behalf of clients (SPV ANAF, REGES, ONRC, EU funds) and want each client to hold their own qualified signature.

What you get

  • Free qualified signature for every client (5 signatures per year, permanently)
  • Multi-signer flows and campaigns for client lists
  • Per-institution guides you can send to clients

What you commit to

  • Each person identifies and signs with their own certificate; certificates are never shared
The free qualified signature

How to recognise an authorised partner

However you reach Simplifi, through a reseller, an integrator or directly, a few things are always the same:

  • The qualified certificate is always issued by Simplifi (SIMPLIWORKS SRL), a qualified provider on Romania's Trusted List.
  • Identity verification always goes through the Simplifi flow; no partner issues certificates or verifies identities on our behalf.
  • The signer owns their Simplifi certificate, usable in ANAF/SPV, REGES, Adobe Reader and on any portal requiring a qualified signature, not only inside the partner's product.
  • Free-plan prices and limits are those published on simplifi.ro; a partner cannot offer a 'smaller' free plan than ours.

Attribution kit

Partners mentioning the Simplifi qualified signature on their website use the anchor text below, linking to this page. It is the simplest form of transparency for the end customer.
